4/17/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. This situation with graffiti needing to be removed from the brick wall has been formally reported to Richmond Grounds Management ( Request #20020831671 ) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.
In order for the City to execute graffiti removal on private property, a "Consent to Release Form" must be on file at City Hall. One can be obtained and mailed back to the City using the following link or either hand carried to City Hall, 7th Floor after using the following link:
