City of Richmond government. This situation with the unfinished pole installation has been formally reported to Richmond Street Light Management (Request #20020843994) so that a proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly.

8/4/2012 - Service Review: Richmond Street Light Management noted the hole at this location was formally reported to Virginia Dominion Power as of 6/1/2012 so Dominion could restore the affected area - Richmond has no jurisdiction on the restoration - rtt
