Description

Missing "yield to pedestrian" signs at busy pedestrian intersection. Drivers have become worse about stopping for pedestrians since this has gone missing this week. Actually nobody ever yields on Humphrey.

This is a serious problem. I live on Whitney and I have come close to being hit many times trying to cross intersections when I have the right of way. There are two schools nearby and I worry about the students and the crossing guard. People run the light even when the guard is in the middle of the street. There are no "yield to pedestrians" signs anywhere ever. Something needs to be done please.

Hi there. We remove the yield to pedestrian signs in the winter, so as not to impede plow trucks. They are moved back to their locations in the spring.
